Shipping Policy

At GenVita Labs, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Responsibility

GenVita Labs is responsible for your order until it is accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

GenVita Labs is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  1. Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management.
  2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
  3. Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable.
