Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or fulfillment.
Please ensure all shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order. GenVita Labs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at genvitalabs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist accordingly.
